Self Care Girl is Away from Her Computer Today...

...because she had to make a cheesecake for Easter....and hunt for some eggs. 

We are having a quiet day today with a very "lite" but festive Easter meal.   I found this Lemon Verbena Cheese Cake recipe with only 188 kcalories a slice - thought it sounded perfect
