kitkat- Practice makes perfect- I started this blog to help myself be more mindful, and to share that with others- I don't have to think about it too much these days- the more I do it, the more natural it becomes. Find small ways each day to indulge yourself- it doesn't have to cost money either- a few quiet moments of reflection can be good for the soul. Your blog writing is good self care for that matter!
