Just a quick list of some little things you can do to treat yourself to some self care today:
- Eat something unprocessed- an apple, some raspberries, celery sticks.
- Take a quick walk outside
- Call your mom (or your sister, or your best friend)
- Sit quietly with a cup of tea for 15 minutes
- Make that appointment for your next dental/ medical, check up
- Laugh
- Stretch
- Have a decadent piece of chocolat...savour it!
- Drink plenty of water
- Sing along loudly to your favorite songs

I like the saying that you posted by your welcome button. That is so true - all those late nights and years of junk food add up and one day you look in the mirror and think your looking at your grandmother LOL
