Rosemary & Sage Herbal Toner

Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons fresh chopped sage (astringent, vitamin A)
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (excellent antioxidant)
1/4 cup wheat germ (one of the richest sources of vitamin E, also contains vitamin B1 &3, iron and potassium)
1/4 fresh chopped russet potato  (toner).

Use a blender to combine the ingredients.  Strain the mixture through a piece of cheese cloth or a paper towel and discard solids.  Apply to your face and decollete the liquid using a cotton pad.

While the rosemary acts as a natural preservative, it is best to store this refreshing toner in the refrigerator due to the high oil content of the wheat germ.
